The winery is located in Kibbutz Ein Zivan in the northern Golan Heights.

Turn right after the gate and continue driving along the fence about 500 meters. 

 

Visitors Center opening hours:

Sunday-Thursday 10.00-18.00

Friday 10.00-16.00

Saturday 10.00-16.00

No, table-seating is conditional on available spaces. 

The winery is open every day between 10.00-18.00 

On Friday it closes at 16.00

We recommend arriving by 13.00 on the weekend, to avoid congestion.

Yes, we would be happy to host you - with advance notice. 

Large groups (10 people or above), and guided groups are required to coordinate in advance with the visitors center.

We serve a platter of goat cheeses produced in the area. The platter comes with bread and olive oil. 

On weekends we have guest chefs in the train carriage.

Yes, you can host private events at the winery, with advance notice and within the visitors center opening hours.

No, it is not. 

Matar Winery, the distillery, and our cheese products are kosher under the supervision of Rabbi Yishai Samuel.

Home deliveries can be ordered on our website. Delivery times are specified in our deliveries terms and conditions. 

Delivery is free of charge for all orders over 448 NIS.

Pick up from our winery at Ein Zivan, or from our offices at moshav Tzofit in the Sharon area, is possible by prior agreement.
