We receive our guests in the production hall, next to the fermentation tanks and barrels. You will taste the wine right where it is produced, alongside the ongoing routine work of the winery. Navigating the interface between the production process and our visitors comes naturally to us. When visiting, you may taste a range of Pelter and Matar wines, as well as our distillery products, and you may also purchase a glass or bottle to be consumed on premises at one of our tables.
Along with the wine, you may order a cheese platter of locally produced goat cheeses, bread and olive oil. We also have a delicatessen offering a crop of other local products made by small producers in the area. On Fridays, Saturdays and holidays, we host guest chefs at our kitchen, offering a changing menu.
