The winery is located in Kibbutz Ein Zivan in the northern Golan Heights.
Our visitors are hosted in the production hall, next to the fermentation tanks and barrels, as the link between wine tasting and wine production comes naturally to us.
When visiting, you may taste a range of Pelter and Matar wines, as well as our distillery products, and you may also purchase a glass or bottle to be consumed on premises at one of our tables.

Private events can be held in the winery, and we also host group tours.

read more about EventsRead morePelter Winery was founded in 2002 by Tal and Nir Pelter. In its first years, the winery operated in the yard of the owenrs’ family home in Moshav Tzofit. In 2005 the winery was relocated to Kibbutz Ein Zivan in northern Golan Heights, where it remains until today, surrounded by its vineyards.
Matar Winery, founded in 2012, is a boutique winery by Pelter Winery. The idea to open a kosher brand came about over the years as a natural next step for Pelter winery. The Matar range of wines is different from Pelter's, both in terms of production methods and in terms of grape varieties.
Pelter Distillery is one of the first boutique distilleries in Israel. The distillery combines the longstanding traditions of alcohol distillation with our contemporary interpretation, making the best of local high-quality raw ingredients.
Beyond the current harvests offered for purchase online and in stores, we also offer magnum bottles and other unique aged wines from our private collection.
The selection offered for sale changes according to the changing stock.
