Pelter Distillery, one of the first in Israel, has been producing and aging single malt whisky since 2014, in Ein Zivan, Golan Heights, 1,000 meters above sea level. The distillation is in an Alembic still, from Cognac, France. The distillation is slow and allows you to reach delicate and clean flavors and aromas. We age in carefully selected barrels from around the world, we use single-use bourbon barrels before, and different barrels for finishing. The whisky does not undergo cold filtration and its color is natural.

Free shipping for purchases over 448 NIS. For purchases below this amount, the shipping cost is 50 NIS. We reach most parts of the country and try to deliver as fast as possible. The wines are refrigerated during delivery. The delivery times are detailed in the shipping terms.
Pick-up is free of charge.
Can be picked-up from the winery, Ein Zivan, Golan Heights or from the winery offices located in Moshav Tzofit (by prior arrangement).

The company operates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law regarding the cancellation of a remote sales transaction, the return of products and the cancellation of ordered services.
Buyers can cancel the transaction and return products such as alcohol bottles, as long as the products are returned intact and undamaged and sealed in their original wrapping or packaging.
The buyer may return any product purchased from the website by emailing our customer service up to 14 days from the day of receipt of the products, and receive a refund.
The buyer must return the product to us at his own expense and attach the invoice, or a copy of the order confirmation sent by email. After returning the product, the buyer will be refunded the full price paid.
