A rich and complex wine, sharp and fruity. Characterized by tropical aromas and flavors of pineapple, pear and nectar. Has a pleasant and refreshing finish. The wine was produced from 100% Chardonnay. The grapes were hand harvested to maintain a high pH level. The clusters were separated from the interlacing and gently and slowly squeezed on their skins. Unlike the common method of producing classic Chardonnay wines, the wine has not been aged in wooden barrels and fermented only in stainless steel containers, This is in order to maintain the fruit flavors, sharpness and lightness suitable for the Israeli climate. A mineral and balanced wine, with a soft finish.

Free shipping for purchases over 448 NIS. For purchases below this amount, the shipping cost is 50 NIS. We reach most parts of the country and try to deliver as fast as possible. The wines are refrigerated during delivery. The delivery times are detailed in the shipping terms.
Pick-up is free of charge.
Can be picked-up from the winery, Ein Zivan, Golan Heights or from the winery offices located in Moshav Tzofit (by prior arrangement).

The company operates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law regarding the cancellation of a remote sales transaction, the return of products and the cancellation of ordered services.
Buyers can cancel the transaction and return products such as alcohol bottles, as long as the products are returned intact and undamaged and sealed in their original wrapping or packaging.
The buyer may return any product purchased from the website by emailing our customer service up to 14 days from the day of receipt of the products, and receive a refund.
The buyer must return the product to us at his own expense and attach the invoice, or a copy of the order confirmation sent by email. After returning the product, the buyer will be refunded the full price paid.
