Sparkling wine. Produced from 80% Pinot Noir grapes and 20% Chardonnay. Done in the traditional method. The grapes were harvested by hand from selected vineyards in the Galilee and on the southwestern slopes of Mount Hermon.A sparkling, crispy and dry wine with the aromas of apple pie and roasted walnut. The grapes are harvested at the beginning of the season when the sugar level is low and the acidity is high. After squeezing, the grapes undergo initial fermentation in a stainless steel container until relatively low alcohol levels are obtained. The wine is bottled and fermented for a second time over six years on yeast that, when bottled is placed on its side. Over the years, the yeast turns the sugar into alcohol and creates a natural and gentle bubbling. The long aging on the yeast gives the wine complex and impressive flavors and aromas. The process is long, complex and precise, each bottle receives dedicated and personal care.

Pick-up is free of charge.
Can be picked-up from the winery, Ein Zivan, Golan Heights or from the winery offices located in Moshav Tzofit (by prior arrangement).

The company operates in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law regarding the cancellation of a remote sales transaction, the return of products and the cancellation of ordered services.
Buyers can cancel the transaction and return products such as alcohol bottles, as long as the products are returned intact and undamaged and sealed in their original wrapping or packaging.
The buyer may return any product purchased from the website by emailing our customer service up to 14 days from the day of receipt of the products, and receive a refund.
The buyer must return the product to us at his own expense and attach the invoice, or a copy of the order confirmation sent by email. After returning the product, the buyer will be refunded the full price paid.
